A free film will show at Gettysburg National Military Park on Feb. 2 in conjunction with the park's winter lecture series about the Civil War in 1864.

The 60-minute film, "With Malice Toward None," is the fifth installment of public television series, "The Civil War — The Untold Story."

The film touches on the Western Theater of the war and the events in 1864 that would bring it to an end, including the movement toward President Abraham Lincoln's second term election, according to a news release from the national park.

Produced for public television by Great Divide Pictures, the new documentary series will be shown nationally on public stations beginning in April, the release states.

The screening starts at 1:30 p.m. at the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center film theater.
