Country star Alan Jackson will perform 7:30 p.m. Sept. 13 at the York Fair grandstand, 334 Carlisle Ave., West Manchester Township. Tickets cost $49 for track, plaza and center grandstand seats and $44 for side track, side plaza and side grandstand seats.

They go on sale 8 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at the York Fair box office, by phone at 717-848-2033 and online at There is a four-ticket limit on track seats and a processing fee for phone, mail and online orders. Grandstand tickets purchased prior to Aug. 26 will include admission to the fair.

Jackson has sold nearly 60 million albums worldwide, topped the country singles charts 35 times and scored more than 50 top-10 hits. In 2011, he was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame. His most recent album, "Thirty Miles West," released in June, features the Grammy-nominated song, "So You Don't Have to Love Me Anymore." The last time Jackson played the York Fair was in 1999.
