Don't let frigid temperatures keep you cocooned on your couch this winter. Bundle up and embrace the cold this weekend during IceFest. The festival started 11 years ago to cure cabin fever. It includes live ice carvings, a chili cook-off, art exhibits, a polar plunge and fireworks. Festivities run 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and noon to 2:30 p.m. Sunday in downtown Chambersburg. Most activities are free. For details, directions, an event lineup and more, visit
